Festival with attitude.
I developed the visual identity for Swamp Festival, a free and sustainable passion project that comes to life every year in Hamburg Moorburg thanks to pure volunteer dedication. As an alternative to expensive mainstream festivals, Swamp stands for community, creativity and solidarity, surrounded by nature south of the Elbe.
The design is built around the festival’s solar energy, not as a symbol of light, but as movement. Inspired by photons that pass on energy and set things in motion, I created a visual language that translates this constant flow and liveliness into form.
Since the entire festival runs on solar power, the design reflects that sustainable cycle too. It feels dynamic, adaptable and full of life. The result is an identity that makes the energy of the place visible. Organic, supportive and one of a kind.
